Join Krista Maltais, Childlight Yoga Certified Instructor and owner of Relief Parenting Resource and Respite Center in Hampton, NH for a 45 minute class overlooking the farm. Geared towards ages 3-6 but all are welcome. Pre-registration strongly encouraged. 9:00 - 9:45 am.
