Join instructor Kay Milligan, who has been hand-crafting greeting cards for over 15 years, as we create two greeting cards using stamps, decorative paper, and paper crafting tools. Learn a variety of paper-crafting techniques and dive into the deep when decorating your cards with images of underwater sea creatures! All materials will be provided. No previous paper-crafting experience is necessary.
