Growing Up in the Garden

Description

Join our CSA Manager Mikayla for a weekly exploration of the children’s garden and farming through hands-on learning and art projects for the kids. Activities range from leaf rubbing to finding bugs, dissecting soils, harvesting greens to make pesto and so much more. There is so much we can learn from a garden, so let’s get exploring! This program will be outdoors so bring a blanket or chairs to sit on and meet me in the garden. A parent or caregiver should be present, please. If it rains, this program may be canceled. Registration is not required.
