Sink into a 90-minute Spa Yoga experience that blends gentle, floor-based movement with multisensory relaxation. Through candlelit ambiance, curated music, aromatherapy, nourishing assists, and a mindful tasting practice, Spa Yoga reconnects you with the innate wisdom of slowing down.
As the physical practice unwinds the body’s subtle energy channels, you’ll settle into an extended Yoga Nidra savasana, leaving you restored, grounded, and deeply at ease.
Learning Objectives / Outcomes: Spa Yoga class aims to guide students into deep relaxation by engaging all five senses through slow, floor-based movement, mindful touch, aromatherapy, and Yoga Nidra to cultivate heightened awareness and a soothed nervous system.

Stefanie is a 200-hour RYT currently completing her 300-hour advanced training, with continued education in Yoga Nidra. She brings a warm, attentive presence to her classes, loves mindful movement and hands-on assists and is committed to creating supportive, grounded spaces for students to explore their practice with clarity and care.
