This is a free class for anyone.

 Aaron Singleton & Claudia Sanchez will be using the Energy of Life® Process to heal and release the causes of physical and emotional issues related to anxiety and headaches. 

The first hour will focus on releasing anxiety, fear, and overwhelm. Anxiety generally is internal, meaning it's your reaction to stress. It usually involves a persistent feeling of apprehension or dread that doesn't go away, and that interferes with how you live your life. It is constant, even if there is no immediate threat. Anxiety, fear, and overwhelm can affect your mind and body. You may experience symptoms such as: Excessive worry, Uneasiness, Tension, Headaches or Body Pain, High Blood Pressure, or Loss of sleep. 

During the 2nd hour, they will work on healing the physical and emotional reasons for getting headaches & migraines. There are many emotional & physical reasons for getting headaches/migraines. For some it can be stress, grief or anger. For others it might be a chemical that was inhaled often as a child, or a hormonal imbalance. Aaron & Claudia will delve into as many possibilities as time allows to help with healing and releasing.

There will be a Q&A during the last hour to ask Aaron & Claudia anything about healing and medical intuition.

Release Fear & Anxiety, 9:00 to 10:00 

Headaches, 10:30 to 11:30 

Q&A, 12:00 to 1:00 

If you’re only experiencing headaches and not anxiety, stop in at 10:30. You only need to join us for the part that resonates with you. If it’s just the Q&A, join us at noon.
