Amesbury's Downtown Fairies, Gnomes & Mystic Homes Contest 

Saturday, July 8th - Sunday, July 9th, 2023

Amesbury’s Downtown Fairies, Gnomes & Mystic Homes is a two-day event, where you can explore downtown Amesbury to see the creations of our local fairy and gnome house builders. 

Prizes will be awarded for 3 separate categories, most magical, best all around & all natural (No artificial materials, with the exception of glue), as well as most loved via likes/votes on the Amesbury Chamber’s Facebook and Instagram. 

Fairy houses are small structures for fairies and other magical creatures to visit. Fairy houses are made of natural materials such as sticks, bark, dry grasses, pebbles, shells, feathers, seaweed, pinecones, and nuts. Ranging from rustic to intricate, these whimsical habitats are built by children, families, gardeners, and nature lovers reflecting their creativity.
